NidoDirect Inc. operates the NidoDirect platform at NidoDirect.com. We are an agent-free real estate coordination service serving Marlboro, NJ and surrounding Monmouth County. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information.

Information you provide directly:

• Name, email address, and phone number (from listing and contact forms)
• Property address, asking price, and home details (from seller intake form)
• Tour scheduling preferences and additional notes
• Communications with our TC team via email or phone

Information collected automatically:

• Pages visited, time on site, and navigation paths (via Vercel Analytics — anonymized)
• Browser type, device type, and approximate location (city-level only)
• IP address (for security and fraud prevention)

We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.

We use your information to:

• Process your listing submission and assign a TC to your transaction
• Communicate with you about your listing, tours, and closing
• Facilitate MLS listing through our broker partner (your name and contact info are shared with the broker for this purpose)
• Send transactional emails (listing confirmation, TC introduction, closing updates)
• Improve the Platform based on usage patterns (anonymized analytics only)
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information for: advertising targeting, data brokering, or sharing with real estate agents without your consent.

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With your assigned TC: Your name, contact info, and property details are shared with the licensed NJ transaction coordinator assigned to your deal.
• With our MLS broker partner: Your name and property information are provided to our licensed NJ broker partner to facilitate MLS listing.
• With service providers: We use third-party tools for email delivery (Resend), analytics (Vercel), and payment processing (Stripe). These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to NidoDirect.
• As required by law: We will disclose information if required by a valid legal process, court order, or government authority.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. For completed transactions, we retain closing records for 7 years in accordance with NJ real estate record-keeping requirements. You may request deletion of your data at any time for records not subject to legal retention requirements.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure data storage, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We will notify you promptly in the event of a data breach that affects your personal information.

Under the New Jersey Data Privacy Act and applicable federal law, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Opt out of any future marketing communications
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format

The NidoDirect Platform is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
